Every project follows the same five steps. Each one ends with something tangible — a brief, a plan, a deposit released. You always know where you are.

Discovery call
A 1 hour conversation about your home, how you live, and what you've tried before. No deck, no upsell.

Studio visit
We walk the home, measure, photograph, and write a brief — what's possible, what it costs, what it takes.

Design phase
Concept, mood, materials, and 3D renders. You approve direction at week 2 and details at week 4.
4–6 weeks

Sourcing& build
Materials ordered direct from makers. Permits, inspections, and AHJ communication handled by the studio. Build coordinated through the platform — milestones, payments, photos.
8–12 weeks · permits add 2–6 weeks depending on jurisdiction

Install& handover
Furniture placement, art, soft goods, final styling. Walkthrough, punch list, keys back.
